Professor Matthew Flamm

Matthew Flamm, Ph.D.

Dr. Flamm is Assistant Professor of Philosophy. He has published in Transactions of the Charles S. Peirce Society, Education and Culture, and Overheard in Seville: Bulletin of the Santayana Society. He received his B.A. degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1996, his M.A. from Texas A&M University in 1999, and his Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 2003.

Dr. Flamm teaches courses in Ethics, Medical Ethics, and Contemporary American Philosophy. Below is a short video of Professor Flamm speaking about philosophy, capitalism, and contemporary American culture:
